Up to 9 in all sessions. Saturday morning Super Circuits holds 12.
What are the benefits of small group training compared to one-on-one sessions?
small group training provides a blend of personalized coaching and social interaction, making it an attractive option for those looking to enjoy the benefits of personal training at a lower cost, with the added motivation and enjoyment of working out in a group setting
What should I expect during my first session?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes beforehand, to be shown around, have the session explained and go over any information we need to know about you.
How long is each training session?
45 Minutes, including warm up and cool down
What types of workouts do you offer in your small group sessions?
Kettlebells, HIIT, Super Circuits. Strong, Muscle and Yoga. We love functional fitness and building strength. This is incredibly important for women as we age.
What level of fitness do I need to join?
You don’t. We welcome all abilities, and have had many women come through our doors having never exercised before.
Can I try a session before committing to a membership?
We have our 6 Week Challenge, which is the perfect length of time to try us out and see if we are the right fit for you with no obligation to join after.
What is your gym's approach to fitness and training?
At #Sweat, our approach to fitness is holistic, personalized, and community-driven. We believe that everyone, regardless of their starting point, can achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance, support, and environment.
We recognize that everyone’s fitness journey is unique. Our workouts emphasize functional movements that improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. We aim to enhance your overall physical performance, not just target specific muscles
Are the workouts customisable to individual fitness levels?
Yes. Everyone can take part. But, if it still feels daunting, a few 1:1 Personal training sessions might be the right thing for you to get comfortable with the movements before moving to group classes
Are there any contract commitments or can I pay month-to-month?
It’s a rolling monthly contract, we just ask for 30 days notice to cancel.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions for new members?
For those who have completed our 6 week challenge and would like to join we offer a 3 month discount.
Can I pause my membership if I’m going on holiday or have other commitments?
