I’d lost a lot of my confidence after having the children. I was worried about meeting new people and about how unfit I was. I’d seen a few recommendation on social media pages and liked the idea of ‘small group training’. The knowledgeable trainers, who are both welcoming and offer endless support and encouragement eased my initial concerns. I love training with #SWEAT ladies! I can be having the toughest of days, but as soon as I’ve walked in to the club, I already feel better. Once that workout is done, I’m ready for whatever the rest of the day has to throw at me!
