From age 35 we generally lose muscle mass, which lowers our Bone Mineral Density (BMD), strength training keeps muscles and BMD high, lowering your risk of osteoporosis as you age. Strength training is also great fun, and fills you with a sense of achievement. We help you to train the major muscle groups with the 4 big lifts safely and effectively. As time goes on you will increase your personal bests, feeling stronger week by week.
