Strong / Super Circuits



If you want to look after yourself as you age, strength training is one of the most important training styles for you. From age 35 we generally lose muscle mass, which lowers our Bone Mineral Density (BMD) Strength training keeps muscles and BMD high, lowering your risk of osteoporosis as you age. Strength training is also great fun, and fills you with a huge sense of achievement. We can help you to train the major muscle groups with the 4 big lifts safely and effectively. As time goes on you will increase your personal bests, feeling stronger week by week.





If your goal is to build lean muscle and drop some fat, Muscle (hypertrophy training) is for you. Different from Super Circuits and Strong, this class will not necessarily be a whole-body approach. You will train specific body parts to fatigue. We will use various techniques to ensure you get the appropriate time under tension required to get that ‘lean, toned’ look. You’ll definitely feel the burn after this class.
