An intense cardio workout, in which various exercises and drills improve your endurance, agility, and strength; it is a challenging workout that will burn calories like nothing else. You’ll get pushed to your limits with a mixture of strength and aerobic exercise to challenge your body. Performing high intensity moves you’ll work your full body in this boot camp style class. We will guide you through a number of effective exercise stations where you may be working in groups or individually with a bodyweight during the exercise or using a variety of resistance equipment. Whilst some key exercises will be included in your class no class will ever be the same as your instructor will always look to rotate the routine in order to keep you on your toes.
