#Sweat is more than just a gym. We are here to help you succeed. Once you step through our doors we want you to leave your worries at home. Not only do we provide the workout, but also a towel for when you get sweaty, water to rehydrate, a piece of fruit for when you leave to replenish your energy, laughs and lots of motivation.
With 5 classes a day to choose from for our #sweat membership, there will be a class to suit your schedule, whether you are an early bird, a stay at home mum or prefer to workout in the evening. With a choice of memberships, and a booking system to guarantee class sizes no larger than 12, our goal is to help you hit your goal.
With small group training, you get the personal training experience without the cost. Watched over by experienced fitness trainers, we know how to look after your body.

Both trainers are not only passionate about health and fitness with years of experience, but also pre & post natal trained as well as being mothers themselves. So we understand, and know how to help you take care of your body – for mothers of all ages.
Bespoke small group training gym & facilities
This isn’t like a gym you may be used to. There won’t be any on looking gym go-ers, or mirrors to make you feel uncomfortable. The only Cardio machines are a rower and a Ski Erg, which you will grow to love. We have a range of weights in dumbbells, kettlebells and plates, as well as other equipment meaning everyone can work out to a level suitable to them.

Before joining I was concerned about being very overweight, I felt self conscious before entering the gym, but that disappeared the moment I walked in. I also don’t have children – with the name Club Mama – I didn’t know that I would fit in or be welcomed by everybody else, but that was the exact opposite of what I’ve experienced. Being older – I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but being able to go at my own pace to a certain degree has meant I’ve become stronger and fitter. I didn’t think I would fit in. I thought I would look silly and feel out of place. I had seen pictures on Facebook and thought it looked like fun. I liked the fact it was small groups. Within minutes of walking in I felt like I had been there for years. A lovely friendly group of ladies and instructors that didn’t intimidate me. A great balance of hard work and humour. My main goals were to run faster and change shape. I have knocked off 3 minutes from my 5k pb. For the first time since I can remember I don’t hate my body. I’ve been coming since the start so always loved it and great to see new people there. I went because it was day time classes where I could bring my children along. Made it easy and convenient. Before joining I felt a little worried that I would not match the levels of ability of the women already there. But I was made to feel welcome straight away. Continuing to train with Morag was the biggest draw to join classes, but the classes fitted nicely with my schedule and being able to bring the children means I can train in the holidays.
